It was enough to change the cleaning moment for two hydraulic presses and move the packing station 3 meters closer to the exit.

His reports after an audit rarely exceed 7 pages. Tomasz doesn't like writing about mission or vision because that doesn't pay the rent. Instead, you'll get a list of 12 points for improvement right now. Next to each point, he writes approximately how much you'll save and how long it will take to implement the change. Heads-up: Tomasz hates suits, so he'll probably arrive at your meeting in work boots and with his own caliper.

Over the last 8 years of field work, he has closed 47 full operational audits. As many as 31 of those companies regularly return to us for advice when expanding their machinery park.
