How do we fix your production?

We enter the plant. Marek or Robert stand at the production lines and watch how goods flow. We don't interfere with operators, but we catch every minute lost searching for tools or unnecessary CNC machine downtime.

On the 7th day from the start, you get a sheet of specifics from us. No thick binders with theory. We say it straight: change the tariff, move the assembly table by 2 meters, introduce these 3 service procedures. These are changes to be implemented in 14 days.

Implementation and profit counting

We don't leave you with a piece of paper. We help foremen set a new work rhythm. After a month, we check statements and invoices to confirm that as many zlotys remained in your pocket as we calculated at the beginning. To be honest, the result is usually better than assumptions by about 12%.
