Terms of Cooperation with Orzeł Strategii Group

General Rules and Website Use
Orzeł Strategii Group is a team of practitioners who since 2017 step onto production floors where others see only costs. This document is a simple agreement between us and you. We don't like fluff, so we write specifically. By using our website, savings calculator, or ordering an audit, you accept these rules. Our office is located in Warsaw, but we operate where the machines stand. We focus on extracting real profit from Polish medium-sized business. We aren't a big corporation, so you won't find complicated jargon here. All materials you see here, from warehouse error analyses to ISO standard guides, are our property. You can use them to fix your production, but they must not be copied and sold further. We operate reliably and expect the same from every plant owner who asks us for help.
Your Data and Reliability of Information
In order for us to cut your operational costs by that average of 14%, we must work on facts. When you fill out the contact form or enter numbers into our calculator, provide true data. If the numbers are pulled out of thin air, our analysis won't give you anything. We respect your time and our knowledge. During the 3-day on-site vision in your hall, we need access to key places and conversations with foremen. We know the smell of grease and know how goods flow, so we won't interfere with operators' work. Remember that results from the calculator on the site are only a preliminary estimation. We provide the real amount to be recovered only after the audit and utility invoice scrutiny. We care about your privacy, but you care to provide us with specific numbers from the floor, because without them we won't move an inch.
Payments and Date Reservation
At Orzeł Strategii Group, we count every penny, so our billing rules are clear. For a production audit or cost analysis, you pay a specific amount that we agree upon – e.g., 3,200 PLN for a hall review. We have no hidden fees or small print. After setting a date for March or April, we reserve the time of Marek, Robert, or another specialist exclusively for your plant. If you must postpone our visit, let us know at least 2 days in advance. We understand that sudden failures occur in production, but we also plan logistics. We issue invoices after completing a specific stage of work. You pay for practical solutions and a list of 7 specific changes, not for a thick binder with theory. We base everything on mutual respect for work and money. If we play fair, both sides earn on it.
Responsibility and Specific Effects
We give you a list of changes meant to bring fast profit. We focus on what realistically speeds up work without buying new, expensive machines. However, you as the owner decide whether your people implement these procedures. We do not take responsibility for operator errors or the technical condition of old equipment that has not been serviced for years. Our role is to show bottlenecks and methods to remove them. If our advice does not fit your specifics, say so immediately – without fluff. Our financial liability is limited to the amount of remuneration you paid us. Honestly, we usually recover much more for clients than our service costs. If we see that we cannot help you, we will say so straight out at the very beginning of the consultation.
