Specifics straight from the floor
Robert is not a theorist with colored charts. For 13 years, he stood at machines and managed shifts in metalworking plants. At Orzeł Strategii Group, he handles what's most important – looking for escaping money where others see only routine. We know the smell of grease and know that profit is built on improving small worker movements, not on empty slogans.
Experience that counts every penny
In his work, Robert focuses on hard data. He doesn't promise miracles, just reliably checks why a line stands 14 minutes too long during a changeover. In October 2024, he completed a project for a medium-sized paint shop where, by changing the way parts are fed, it was possible to recover 4,200 PLN of pure monthly profit. Without buying new machines, only thanks to better setup of what was already in stock.
- Conducted 47 full technical audits in the last year.
- Shortened downtime by 19% in a factory producing car parts.
- Implemented a raw material loss control system that paid for itself after 4 months.
Practical approach to production
Robert believes the biggest errors result from a lack of communication between the office and the floor. That's why he spends most of his time in work clothes, talking to operators. He looks for places where material lies idle and where workers waste time searching for tools. These are the small leaks that sum up to big losses at the end of the quarter. We respect owners' time, so Robert reports only what has a real impact on the financial result.
He may not be the cheapest advisor on the market, but his recommendations are always based on what he checked with his own hands. If he sees that a given process is beyond saving, he says so straight out. No fluff and no beating around the bush. P.S. It's best to call him in the morning because after 10:00 he is usually already at a client's machine.
